Due to the personal and medical-use nature of our nasal spray products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on opened or used items for health and safety reasons.
We will gladly provide a refund or replacement if:
You receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To qualify, you must notify us at sba.panashe@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
All sales are final once the product is opened.
